Noël Vestal is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Aethon Security, bringing more than two decades of experience leading information technology and cybersecurity programs across government and contractor environments. Her work focuses on aligning secure, compliant IT operations with the mission needs of the Defense Industrial Base.

Throughout her career, Noël has led complex compliance initiatives, including CMMC implementations and multiple additional regulatory frameworks. She has guided organizations through assessments, helped teams operationalize compliance requirements, and supported long term sustainment in highly regulated environments.

A recognized leader in Federal cloud and security programs, Noël played a key role in leading the first Cloud Service Provider to achieve FedRAMP Equivalency. Her experience advising Defense Industrial Base organizations has centered on integrating cybersecurity controls in ways that directly support mission readiness and operational resilience.

As CIO, Noël oversees Aethon Security’s internal technology strategy with a focus on secure architecture, compliance alignment, and scalable execution. Her leadership strengthens Aethon’s ability to support clients navigating evolving cybersecurity, CMMC, and federal compliance requirements while maintaining practical, mission‑driven security operations.
