Alex is a Security+-certified Cybersecurity Engineer with years of experience in Microsoft’s GCC, GCC High, and Azure cloud computing environments. He has provided customer-engaging technical support to numerous MSSP clients regarding information technology and cybersecurity issues from hardware to SaaS while performing compliance monitoring, inventory management, cloud configuration and remediation, team member training, and process development in order to help clients achieve and maintain CMMC Compliance.
Prior to working in the Cybersecurity industry, Alex earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Management Information Systems while balancing work, school, and a 6-year contract with the United States Army Reserve.
